Exchange/Return Policy

Q: Can I exchange or return items?

A: At CRE Daily, most items are made on demand and do not have a stock inventory. Due to this unique production process, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for these products. If you have a specific request for an exchange or return, please email us with your name, order number, and details of the items you wish to exchange or return at 


Q: My order has shipped, but why does my tracking show “No Results”?

A: If your tracking information shows “No Results,” it usually means your order has been recently dispatched and the tracking should update within 36 hours. If the status remains unchanged for more than 72 hours (excluding weekends), please contact us at for assistance.

Q: My tracking information says the package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

A: In cases where USPS marks a package as delivered before it arrives, we recommend waiting an additional 2-3 days after the last status update (not including weekends) for the delivery to be completed. During this period, please also:

  • Check for any notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • Inquire if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  • Check your mailbox or any other place you receive mail, as some packages go through multiple carriers. If you do not receive your package within 3 days of the last status update, please inform us immediately.

Q: Why is my order marked 'Return to Sender'?

A: If your order is returned to the sender for reasons like refusal, being unclaimed, not called for, denied due to customs charges, or due to an incomplete/insufficient address, please contact us at We'll assist you in resolving the issue and ensure your order reaches you.
